Outdoor Event Participation Agreement

1. This agreement defines the content to be observed by participants and Beta Climbing Gym when participating in outdoor events planned and operated by Beta Climbing Gym (organizer/Moasis Co., Ltd.).

1. An outdoor event is an event held outdoors, planned and operated by Beta Climbing Gym, where participants can enjoy and try outdoor climbing.

2. Event activities include bouldering, lead climbing, crack climbing, multi-pitch climbing, ice climbing, and dry tooling.

3. The scope of the event is limited to activities at the outdoor venue. Transportation to and from the venue and accommodation are not included in the event. Please arrange these yourself.

1. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

2. It is assumed that participants have sufficient skills and knowledge to participate in outdoor events.

3. Those who are not in good health on the day of participation cannot participate. This includes those with fever, cough, or other cold symptoms; those with fractures or injuries that have not fully healed; those under the influence of alcohol; and those in a condition where exercise is not advisable.

1. To participate in the event, each participant must enroll in accident insurance that is appropriate for the content of the event.

2. For all outdoor events, outdoor climbing must be covered. Furthermore, for dry tooling and ice climbing, axe climbing and snow mountain climbing must also be covered.

1. Follow the rules and etiquette of the crag where the event is held, and use it with consideration for local climbers and landowners.

2. Be careful as parking, toilets, trash disposal, and use of fire differ from crag to crag.

3. After use, make efforts to preserve the environment through brushing, etc.

1. The event organizer Beta Climbing Gym, instructors, and participants shall act with the safe operation of the event in mind.

2. If weather or other circumstances interfere with the safety of the event, the organizer may cancel the event at their discretion.

3. You must follow the instructions of the event organizer. If you do not follow instructions, or if the event organizer determines that you pose a danger or interfere with the operation of the event, you will be asked to leave. In that case, the event participation fee will not be refunded.

1. If damage is caused to participants due to the negligence of the organizer during the event, we will be responsible for compensating for the damage. However, this does not apply to cases caused by natural disasters, bad weather, social upheaval, or other events that cannot be avoided by the organizer's efforts.

1. Outdoor climbing is an activity that involves great danger. In the unlikely event that an accident, injury, or damage occurs during the event, the participant will be responsible. However, this does not apply if the event organizer is seriously negligent.

1. Please bring clothing and safety equipment appropriate for the activity. (Long sleeves, long pants, helmet, gloves, mat, etc. / Details will be provided for each event)

2. If there are changes in the environment, such as damage to holds, please notify the organizer.

1. Beta Climbing Gym may revise this agreement at any time as necessary. If revisions are made, the revision date will be noted at the end of this agreement.

2. Participants agree to this in advance.
