Exchange Points for Beta Original Goods & Free Passes!
Beta Climbing Gym launched its point service on October 9, 2017. Accumulated points can be exchanged for Beta original merchandise and free passes. Below we explain how to earn and use points.

How to Earn Points
◆Regular Points [1 visit = 1 point]
Beta members earn 1 point each time they pay the facility fee and use Beta. Points are earned per visit even when using pre-paid passes or multi-visit tickets.
◆Point Multiplier Campaigns [1 visit = 2-10 points]
We periodically run point multiplier campaigns. Points can increase from 2x (2 points) to 10x (10 points), so you can earn bonus points just by climbing at Beta during campaign days. Point campaigns are announced via theBETA Pass membership app, this website, and Beta's social media.
Checking Your Points
With the BETA Pass membership app (currently iPhone only), you can check your point balance and usage history anytime, anywhere.
If you don't use BETA Pass, please ask staff at the reception counter.
Using Points
Accumulated points can be exchanged for Beta original merchandise and free passes based on point amounts. If you'd like to redeem points, please inform staff at the reception counter.
Additionally, points can sometimes be used to participate in paid events. We'll announce this when events are held.
* We plan to expand the variety of Beta original merchandise available for exchange.
Point Expiration
If one year passes from the date you last earned points, all points will expire.
Additionally, if you cancel your Beta membership, all points will expire.
