Beta Climbing Gym offers private rental plans tailored to your needs. You can rent the entire facility or individual floors. We also provide event planning and support services upon request.
* Groups of 15 or more are required to rent the facility privately.

100 tsubo (approx. 330㎡, 3 floors of ~33 tsubo each)
Capacity (number of climbers)
• Entire facility: 70 people
• 1F or 2F events: 20-25 people
• 1F + 2F events: ~50 people
• 3F events: ~20 people
• 3F/3.5F non-climbing events (e.g., screenings): ~50 people
Facility Features
Each floor features different wall types, allowing for a variety of climbing activities. The spacious free space on 3.5F can be flexibly used as an event space.
Past Events
Children's Events
We've hosted children's events for cram schools and newspaper subscriber families. We provided not only the venue but also event management support. For children's events, 1F is primarily used, with 2F/3F serving as luggage storage and waiting areas. While 1F is the main venue, we require full facility rental for safety considerations.

Bouldering Mixer Events
We've supported bouldering mixer events managed by event companies, providing instruction support. We can also assist with event planning upon request.
Corporate Welfare Events
Companies have used our facility for employee welfare events.
Reunion Events
For a kindergarten reunion, parents and children enjoyed bouldering together. We provided climbing support.
For an adult reunion event, a climbing guide among the participants led the event.
Film Screenings
We set up two screens on 3F and 3.5F for a screening of DAWN WALL (climbing film), attended by approximately 40 people.
Parties & More
We've received inquiries about birthday parties and bouldering parties. We can arrange catering services upon request, so please feel free to contact us.
Tent Camping Experience
While we haven't done this yet, we're considering offering tent camping experiences on 3F.
Photo/Video Shoots
Our facility has been used for TV, magazine, and web media shoots. Notable examples include Nippon TV's"Yutori Desu ga Nanika". Conditions differ from general use, so please inquire.

For facility rental only, no planning/support fees apply. If you need event planning, climbing instruction staff, catering arrangements, etc., we're happy to help. Please feel free to contact us. Costs will be quoted separately.
