Introduction to Dry Tooling
Ice climbing season is almost over. But don’t let go of the ax! Dratu is a fun muscle training. Enjoy it all year round!
If you are interested or want to start dry tooling, please take the Introduction to Dry Tooling course.
It’s held every first Wednesday of the month, and this month it’s on March 6(Wed).
(Wed).

Dry Tooling Top Rope Session
This is the only opportunity to do dry tooling vertical climbing in Beta. Also, this is the only session that you can enjoy boulder-like problem. In recent international competitions, we have begun to see boulder-like problems.
Not only can you enjoy the challenges typical of dry tooling, but you can also increase your ability to move!

Dry Tooling Dojo (Dry Tooling Practice)
We help participants improve their skills by learning about moves and distances that they are not good at.
Let’s train together!
Held every second Tuesday of the month. it will be on 12th (Tue). Junko Sensei will set a theme, and let’s practice hard!

Dry Touring Session
The Nae Yagi presents Dry Tooling Session h.
This will be the first event held after giving birth. 3/30 (Sat) 13:00~/16:00~ Let’s have a session with that day’s challenges created by Nae Yagi!

Yuitaso’s Body Maintenance
Scheduled for March 20 (Wed) on the 3.5F.
– You can receive treatments without using the gym.
– We will help you build a body suitable for climbing with acupressure and taping based on your own condition!
Please feel free to consult about any fatigue issues or other concerns that are related to climbing or your daily work.

Each session includes counseling and self-care training.
– Acupressure: ¥2,000 => First time special offer: ¥1,500
– Acupressure + Taping: ¥2,500 => First time special offer: ¥2,000
– Acupressure + 5 minutes: ¥500 (Up to 10 minutes)

[Natural Icefall] Yonago Fudo Ice Climbing Course 2/17-18
Enjoy ice climbing at Yonago Fudo! The course will be held at Kimyou Falls, where even beginners can try it out in the area, and Kenji Narita will be the instructor.
Also, the approach, which is known to be long, can be significantly shortened using a snowmobile!

Weekday climbing club regular climbing practice session
We have decided to hold the event on the 2nd Thursday, 3rd Tuesday, and 4th Wednesday of each month.
In addition, we have expanded the range of content, and are not limited to face lead climbing, but also crack, multi, ice, etc. as much as possible. Please feel free to contact us!

1F full set December 24th (Sunday) – 26th (Tuesday)
We welcome Daisuke Kasahara also known as DK and Mei Nagasako, as our guests. Of course, the entire slab will be created by Mr. DK! looking forward to!
2F/3F is available at a set discount (1,100 yen all day).

Open from 8:00 to 21:00 during the year-end and New Year holidays
From 12/31 to 1/3, we will be open from 8:00 to 21:00 every day. January 2nd (Tuesday) is Men’s Day! Be sure to try it at the beginning of your climb!

[Sotoiwa] Climb end will be held on 12/30 and the beginning of ascent will be held on 1/3
The event will be held at Tennoiwa Rock, Kernel Rock, or Yugawara Makuiwa Rock where conditions are good!
Finish off with a good start at the usual rocky area!

November Schedule

New course “Monthly Lab”
Analyze and explain moves using monthly assignments. Improve your strengths and overcome your weaknesses!
The instructor is Shun, and the event is held on the second Monday of every month from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Participation fee is 1100 yen.

November 2F monthly will be released sequentially
1F will have 20 assignments starting November 3rd (Friday). looking forward to!

Open during holidays
3 (Friday/Holiday) and 4 (Sat) from 8:00 to 23:00.
5 (Sun) from 8:00 to 20:00.
