クラックを身につけ可能性を広げよう！
登りたいマルチがあるのだけど、クラックパートがあるので、トライできない。
冬でも暖かいエリアがあるのだけど、クラックやったことないので、行けない。。
など、クラックが登れないことで、やりたいことが出来てないってことはありませんか？

そう、クラックが登れると世界が広がります。
100歩譲って、登れなくても良い！クラックでプロテクションが取れるだけでも、世界が広がります。

あと、クラック・・・特にワイドをやる人は変態だ！　これは誤解です。
ベータクライミングジムにご相談ください。
リーチが足りなくてフェイスで伸び悩んでる方、クラックはリーチ関係ありません。
あなたの体のパーツに合った割れ目がきっと待ってます。

室内で学んだらアウトドアで登ってみましょう！
アウトドアでのクラック講習も毎月開催しています。
また、平日登攀部でリクエストがあればクラックも開催します。

クラック入門　2月19日（水） 19:30

クラック入門内容

座学にて基礎知識を学び、その後ジムのクラックをトップロープにて登ります。
・テーピング
・ジャミンググローブ・シューズ
・カム（ナッツ）の使い方や携行方法、スタックした場合（ナッツキー・ハンマー）
・ジャミングの基礎
・トップロープで登ってもらう

【対象】クラック初心者
※参加は18歳以上といたします。

【定員】各部6名　

【講習料】4400円（税込）
　※ジム利用料込み。
　※当日受付にてお支払いください。

【持ち物】
　必須　：　クライミングに適した服装・クライミングシューズ・ハーネス・テーピング（38mm程度の太め）もしくはクラックグローブ
クライミングシューズとハーネスはジムにてレンタルできます。またテーピングはジムにて販売しております。
　　※クライミングシューズは1Fにてレンタルをしてから3Fにお集まりください。

This month we will be holding a special “Ice Climbing Beginner Course”
Ice climbing beginners – Dry touring practice session for beginners.
Held on February 13th (Thursday) First, let’s do the basics indoors!

The Ice Climbing World Cup has begun
Even though it’s called “ice climbing,” most of the routes are dry touring.
Some of the players are practicing top roping on Beta’s dry wall.

This is a session for dry touring experienced people.
Experienced doesn’t have to be good. If you have taken “Introduction to dry tooling“, you are an “experienced person”.

It’s also the only chance to vertically climb Beta’s face wall with an ice ax and a rope. Please feel free to enjoy!
(Usually, if you use the gym and climb the 3rd floor dry challenge, climbing using a rope is prohibited for safety reasons.)

The route was set by Mr. Hirokazu Kodaira, who is known as “Kazuo-san” in the dry touring community. They always put their ingenuity and prepare a fun route.

Not only dry touring enthusiasts, but also those who love ice climbing, please join us! “Perfect for off-season training and fun!”

If you are new to dry touring, please take “Introduction to dry tooling” first.

Let’s get serious about the ICE season!
The scent of golden osmanthus is starting to make it feel like autumn. ICE season will be here in the blink of an eye.
It’s not too early to start now! Let’s start preparing early!

This is a session for dry touring experienced people.
