5月のボディメンテンスは8・22(水)です。

施術は3Fロフト、フリースペースにて行います。
18-21時まで。
施術してないときはゆいたそも登ってますので、お気軽にお声がけください!

ゆいたそはクライミングが原因と思われる手首の痛みに悩まされていたそうです。
いろいろ研究し、自分自身の手首は快方に向かったとの事。

柔道整復士になり患者さんと接して、改めて、クライマーならでは痛みや障害が難しいことを感じてるようです。
病気ではないことが多く、基本、健康。。なので、なおさら改善が難しいと。
極端な話、クライミングをやめれば改善する・・・でもそんな選択はないですよね。。

すぐに改善するとはならないかも知れませんが、コミュニケーションをとりながら、メンテをしてもらえるとうれしいです。
自分のカラダを知るきっかけにもなるかも。

However, you may be able to relieve the pain by reinforcing your nails with nail care and growing your nails strong.

Nail pressure means that the nail firmly receives the force applied from the pad of the finger. For example, you can throw the ball farther or faster. When running, the power of kicking out is increased, and the body balance that supports and stabilizes the body is also improved.

From a mental and physical (physical) point of view, nail pressure is an important factor that is indispensable for sports.
Even if you use only boneless fingertips to hold the finger, if the nail is in a healthy and moderately hard state, the nail pressure will support the finger, increasing the sense of stability.

The May 2024 Monthly Challenge has begun! There are 10 challenges on the 1st floor and 20 challenges on the 2nd floor, for a total of 30 challenges.
Due to the complete renewal of this month’s monthly challenge, there are fewer challenges on the 1st floor, making them a little more difficult.

It is easy to climb around No. 1 to 3, and after that it is quite challenging to climb. It might be a little quirky, though. .

Climb, get stronger, and get your shoes!

⭐︎ For those who haven’t tried it yet, it’s different from tape assignments! “The grade is about level 5.”
⭐︎If you touch number 1 and feel that it is difficult, please touch up to number 4! “Number 4 may be easier than number 1.”
⭐︎ If you have only touched the 1st floor, please climb the 2nd floor and write it on the list! “Your chances of winning will be doubled.”

We’re doing it this year too. You can experience dry tooling with a top rope at a rocky area near Sendai.
The instructors are the familiar Junko-sensei and Kazuo-san. Let’s all have fun together!

We recommend you attend the body care sessions below regularly.

Yuitaso’s Body Maintenance
Scheduled for May 8 ・22 (wed) on the 3.5F.
– You can receive treatments without using the gym.
– We will help you build a body suitable for climbing with acupressure and taping based on your own condition!
Please feel free to consult about any fatigue issues or other concerns that are related to climbing or your daily work.

Each session includes counseling and self-care training.
