Beta Climbing Gym Seminar/Introduction to Dry Tooling


April’s introduction to dry touring will be held on May 10th (Wednesday), welcoming “Ginreikai Mepanna”!

We are planning outside crag dry in may and June. If you have never experienced dry tooling and want to participate, you can enjoy it even more by taking this introductory course!

Dry tooling is climbing using ice axes and crampons to climb rock walls and artificial walls.

There are many climbers who enjoy dry tooling as a competition and incorporate it as training for ice climbing and alpine climbing.
This course is for those who want to start dry tooling, those who have experienced dry tooling several times but want to learn from the basics properly.

I use an ax to climb, but don’t worry if you don’t have your own ax, I will rent it for you.

Even if you are new to Beta drywall, please take this course.

Thanks to the “Spring Dry Touring Festival” held on March 26th, it was a great success.
The “beginner class” that Ms. Mepanna was in charge of was also a great success. I narrowed down the content at the event, but here you can receive a lecture in the full version.

【ドライツーリング】#43 入門 12/14(水)開催

ベータクライミングジム講習会・ドライツーリング入門

ドライツーリングはアイスアックスとアイゼンを用いて岩壁や人工壁を登るクライミングです。

競技として楽しむ方やアイスクライミングやアルパインクライミングのトレーニングとし取り入れてるクライマーも多くいます。
本講座はドライツーリングをこれから始めたい方、何度か体験したことはあるけど、ちゃんと基礎から知りたい方向けの講習です。

アックスを使って登るのですが、ご自身のアックスが無い方にはレンタルしますので、ご安心ください。

ベータのドライ壁を初めて利用される方も、こちらの講習を受講してください。
講師のJunko先生はドライツーリングだけでなく、岩やアイス、アルパインなど幅広くクライミングをされてるので、色々聞いてみてください!

入門クラスに参加出来る回数は3回までとさせて頂きます。入門クラスを卒業したらご自身で練習されるもよし、わいわい皆で練習したいのであれば「ドライツーリング練習会」をご利用ください。

※2 グローブはけが防止及び指皮保護のため必須です。なるべくピッタリしたサイズのものを推奨。皮製のゴルフ用グローブが使いやすいですが、ホームセンター等にある作業用薄手のグローブでもよいでしょう。緩めのビレイグラブや滑り止めが付いてない軍手は登りにくいです。

2018年に、女性だけで構成されたアルパインクライミングを主体とする山岳会・銀嶺会を立ち上げる。アルパインクライミングの傍ら、アイスクライミング・ドライツーリングのコンペにも出場。山とコンペ、ともに精力的に打ち込んでいる。
